This April, HAEE members were proud to participate in the International Conference "Smart landscapes 2: Renewable and Sustainable" held in Zagreb, Croatia. The conference, which coincided with both World Landscape Architecture Month and World Day of Renewable Energy, brought together landscape professionals to explore the intersection of sustainable design and renewable energy sources.

In a bid to explore innovative waste management technologies and foster bilateral cooperation, a delegation led by Hon. Edmund Kyei, a prominent Member of the ruling New Patriotic Party in Ghana, met with Hungarian counterparts on April 9th, 2024. The delegation, comprised of Ghanaian businessmen and women, was warmly received by KEXPORT (Hungarian Export Promotion Agency) and the Association in Hungary, accompanied by Boldizsár Entz, Honorary Consul-General at the Consulate of the Republic of Ghana.

On 20.02.2020, the next meeting of our Working Group on Remediation took place in our office. The present participants formed a common opinion about professional materials, and then the tasks of the Organising Committee were discussed. The committee was formed mainly to define and assemble the technical content of this year's Re:Brown conference (this year the conference will be part of the Environtec international environmental exhibition in Budapest at 1-3.10.2024).
